Delivery, Customs and Warranty for Australia

Every order to Australia is shipped from Finland by FedEx International Economy with full tracking. We prepare the commercial invoice and export paperwork for every shipment, and we do not charge Australian GST. Orders with a customs value of A$1,000 or less are generally free of duty and GST at the border; larger orders are subject to import charges paid by the recipient, as described in the import charges section on this page. Every order includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Australian Import Charges

For shipments with a customs value of A$1,000 or less, customs duty and import GST are generally not payable at the Australian border. Customs value excludes international shipping and insurance.

For shipments over A$1,000, you are responsible for import charges, which are not included in our checkout price:

Customs duty: 5% of the customs value (HS code 3925.30.00).
Import GST: 10% of the total of the customs value, customs duty, international shipping and insurance.
Import processing charge: A$50 for electronic declarations where the customs value is over A$1,000 but below A$10,000; A$152 for A$10,000 or more.
Biosecurity charge: A$48 for air cargo shipments requiring a Full Import Declaration.
FedEx may pay duties and taxes on your behalf and charge an administration fee. If you do not have an active FedEx account, payment is required before FedEx releases the shipment. Other carrier or broker fees may also apply.

Made for the Australian Outdoors

Australia's strong sun, coastal winds and cool southern winters call for durable outdoor protection. Our 0.70 mm UV-stabilized PVC lets through 87.5% of light while blocking about 90% of UV radiation, and tinted film adds extra heat and glare reduction. The material stays flexible from -30°C to +70°C, so the curtains can stay up all year. Ideal for patios, verandas and pergolas.
