When will my order be processed after a bank transfer payment?

Bank transfer payments follow a specific verification timeline before your order enters production:

Immediate Status After Ordering
When you complete your order with bank transfer as the payment method, your order is placed on-hold status. This means we've received your order details and technical specifications, but production will not begin until we confirm receipt of your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and our bank account details for the transfer.

Making Your Payment
Initiate the bank transfer as soon as possible using the account details provided in your order confirmation email. Most importantly, include your order number in the payment reference or message field (NOT in structured reference number fields like Finnish viitenumero or Swedish OCR-nummer—see the detailed instructions in the question "How do I pay by bank transfer?" above). Including your order number is crucial—without it, we cannot automatically match your payment to your order, which significantly delays processing.

Payment Processing Timeline
Bank transfer processing time varies by country and bank:
Within Finland: Same-day or next business day
Within EU/SEPA zone: 1-2 business days
Outside EU: 3-5 business days

Once the payment appears in our bank account and we match it to your order number, we'll manually verify and confirm the payment. This verification typically happens within 1 business day during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 Finnish time).

Production Start
As soon as payment is confirmed, your order status changes from "on-hold" to "processing," and your custom Pikkuna enters our production queue according to the timeline shown during checkout. You'll receive an email notification confirming that payment has been received and production has begun. From this point, the production timeline displayed in your original order applies—typically shown in business days at the time you placed your order.
