Influencer Partner Program Terms

These Influencer Partner Program Terms ("Partner Terms") govern your participation in the Pikkuna Influencer Partner Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Partner Terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Pikkuna Influencer Partner Program enables content creators, bloggers, and social media influencers to promote Pikkuna clear vinyl curtains and PVC enclosure products to their audiences. Approved influencers receive a unique referral code that provides their followers with a discount while earning commission on successful referrals.

Suomen Pehmeä Ikkuna Oy (Business ID 1715613-2, Teollisuustie 10, 54800 Savitaipale, Finland) operates the Program and manufactures all Pikkuna products at our facility in Finland.

2. Application and Approval

1. All influencer applications are subject to review and approval by Pikkuna. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
2. Applicants must have an established online presence with genuine, engaged followers in relevant niches such as home improvement, outdoor living, interior design, DIY, or lifestyle.
3. Pikkuna evaluates applications based on content quality, audience demographics, engagement rates, and alignment with brand values.
4. Approved influencers will receive written confirmation and their unique referral code within 14 business days of approval.

3. Customer Discount

Customers who use an influencer's referral code at checkout receive a 5% discount on their order. This discount applies to product prices and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.

4. Commission Structure

Influencers earn commission on completed orders placed using their referral code. Commission rates increase based on the total number of successful referral orders:

1. Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT and shipping).
2. Tier progression is based on cumulative completed orders since joining the Program.
3. Once a higher tier is reached, the new commission rate applies to all future orders.

5. Commission Payment

1. Commissions are calculated after the order is delivered.
2. Payments are made monthly for commissions exceeding €50. Amounts below this threshold are carried forward to the next payment period.
3. Payment is made via bank transfer to the account provided by the influencer. Influencers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
4. Influencers are responsible for any taxes applicable to their commission income according to their local tax regulations.

6. Referral Tracking

1. Referrals are tracked when customers enter the influencer's unique code at checkout.
2. Referral codes are valid for 30 days from first use. Repeat customers using the same code within this period are attributed to the influencer.
3. Influencers can access their referral statistics through the influencer dashboard.

7. Content and Disclosure Requirements

All promotional content must comply with applicable advertising regulations, including EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and local consumer protection laws.

1. Disclosure is mandatory: Influencers must clearly disclose their partnership with Pikkuna in all promotional content using appropriate labels such as "#ad", "#sponsored", "#affiliate", or "Paid partnership with Pikkuna".
2. Disclosures must be clearly visible and not hidden in long lists of hashtags or require users to click "read more".
3. All claims about Pikkuna products must be accurate and verifiable. Influencers must not make false or misleading statements about product features, pricing, or benefits.
4. Content must not contain offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or brand-damaging material.

8. Brand Usage

1. Influencers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Pikkuna trademarks and approved marketing materials solely for promoting Pikkuna products within the Program.
2. Pikkuna logos and brand assets must not be modified or used in a way that could damage the brand's reputation.
3. Influencers may not claim to be Pikkuna employees or official representatives.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

1. Purchasing fake followers, engagement, or using bots
2. Creating fake orders or manipulating referral tracking
3. Bidding on Pikkuna brand terms in paid search advertising without prior written approval
4. Spamming or sending unsolicited promotional messages
5. Using deceptive practices to generate referrals
6. Sharing referral codes on coupon/deal websites without approval

10. Data Protection and GDPR

Both parties must comply with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

1. Pikkuna processes influencer personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Influencers must not collect personal data from their followers on behalf of Pikkuna without explicit authorization.
3. Any customer data shared through the Program must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Relationship of Parties

Influencers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Pikkuna. Nothing in these Partner Terms creates an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship. Influencers are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.

12. Liability

1. Pikkuna is not liable for any damages arising from influencer content or promotional activities.
2. Influencers agree to indemnify Pikkuna against claims arising from their breach of these Partner Terms or violation of applicable laws.
3. Pikkuna's total liability under this Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the influencer in the preceding 12 months.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Partner Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Partner Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.

14. Amendments

Pikkuna reserves the right to modify these Partner Terms, including commission rates and discount structures, with reasonable notice. Changes to commission rates will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
